Tazret Forte Cream is used to treat psoriasis and acne. It contains Tazarotene which reduces the speed of skin cell growth and blocks substances which cause inflammation. In some cases, this medicine may cause side effects such as dry skin, redness, itching, irritation, and skin peeling.

Use Differin (Adapalene) Gel 0.1% once daily in the evening to treat acne. After cleaning and drying your skin, apply a thin, pea-sized layer to the entire affected area (not just spots). Daily sunscreen is essential, as the retinoid increases sun sensitivity. Use a gentle cleanser, and expect potential purging or dryness for the first 8–12 weeks. 

Benzac AC Gel (20g, available in 2.5% or 5%) treats acne by killing bacteria, unclogging pores, and reducing inflammation. Apply a thin layer to clean, dry, affected skin once or twice daily. Start with once daily to minimize irritation, allowing it to act for 2 hours or overnight, then wash off. 

Adaferin Gel (Adapalene 0.1%) is a topical retinoid used once daily at bedtime to treat mild-to-moderate acne. It works by reducing oil, clearing pores, and accelerating skin cell turnover. Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin, avoiding lips and eyes.
