Bilanta M (typically 20mg Bilastine + 10mg Montelukast) is a combination medication used to treat allergic rhinitis (sneezing, runny/stuffy nose, itchy eyes) and manage allergic asthma. Telgo M 25 Tablet (Telmisartan + Metoprolol Succinate) is a combination medication used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). It works by relaxing blood vessels and slowing the heart rate to improve blood flow, typically managed to reduce cardiovascular risks like heart attacks.
