0.5mg Budelite Budesonide Nebuliser Suspension is a corticosteroid used to manage chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma by reducing airway inflammation. It is inhaled as a mist via a nebulizer machine, usually twice daily, to prevent wheezing and breathing difficulties, rather than treating acute attacks. 

Montel (montelukast) tablets are used for the long-term treatment of asthma, the prevention of exercise-induced bronchoconstriction, and the relief of seasonal allergy symptoms, such as sneezing and a runny nose. 

Serobreath 250mcg Rotacaps (containing Fluticasone and Salmeterol) are used for the long-term management of asthma and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) by widening airways to improve breathing. They are taken via a rotahaler (capsule pierced and powder inhaled) usually twice daily. Rinsing the mouth after use is crucial to prevent infections. 

Serobreath 500mg Rotacaps (Salmeterol 50mcg + Fluticasone 500mcg) are used to manage chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma by relaxing airway muscles and reducing inflammation. They are for inhalation only using a Rotahaler, typically twice daily, and are not for immediate relief of sudden asthma attacks.
